3. Biological method: Create an environment conducive to the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, so that microorganisms can proliferate in large quantities to improve the oxidation of microorganisms and decompose organic pollutants to be degraded and converted into harmless substances, so that sewage can be purified.

4. Biofilm method: A large number of microorganisms are multiplied on the material film to adsorb and degrade organic pollutants in the water.
